We enter into some conversations with an understanding of how it will proceed and expectations as to how our thought and action will thus be modified. Here we collect examples working from history toward newer forms, representative but not comprehensive.

Contest ham radio contacts where strangers with registered callsigns exchange signal reports which can be confirmed and count toward awards.

Pair-programming where strategy and tactics for adding or improving the function of jointly owned software can be directly observed and consequences noted.

Pull Requests where increments of software are suggested, reviewed, improved and merged.

Weekly video calls where independent views of process and progress toward shared goals can be aligned.
