School leaders would have the flexibility to meet the unique needs of their communities, the necessary resources to effect equity, the agility to shape changing circumstances, and the space to nurture the mindsets that prepare all learners – leaders, teachers and students – to engage and be curious, as we create a meaningful future together.

This advocacy document serves to spark a dialogue within and between the education, political and wider communities.
