We've benefited from bounded initiatives measured in weeks. We are more specific about activity than goal or measure but are happy to identify progress made in retrospect.
In July we declared our intention to mine the intersection between Thompson's work in education with Woods graceful extensibility. See Purposeful Learning
In August we committed to write in wiki every day following the path Thompson had taken over the last year. See Start of a New Garden
For September we want to push hard on identifying and interviewing folks who have worked through with some grace pauses that require revisiting assumptions.
